Adobe Lightroom not able to synchronize

Issue/Introduction

When trying to synchronize Adobe Lightroom with Photoshop, a blank screen appears.

Cause

Photoshop blocks the domain for Adobe Lightroom when SSL interception is enabled.

Resolution

To allow the synchronization between Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, create an SSL interception rule to not intercept the following domain:

• helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
