Issue/Introduction

After a new installation of Auth Connector, users show as not authenticated.

Resolution

When a new installation of Auth Connector is performed, users must perform a fresh log on after the installation is complete in order for authentication to take place. With a fresh log on, Auth connector creates a user-to-IP mapping and without this mapping, users will show up as unauthenticated. If any users are currently logged on at the time that the installation is completed, they will need to log out completely and log back in so that the mapping can be created and the users can be recognized by Auth Connector.
