Resolution

When an end user with SEP Mobile installed on their device connects to a Wifi network that then attempts to decrypt the transmissions the end user will received a push notification on their device. The SEP Mobile VPN tunnel will kick in and protect the device from the decryption attempt.

The incident is considered resolved once the device disconnects from the network attempt traffic decryption.
