Issue/Introduction
Does Unified Agent (UA) maintain a connection to the Cloud Traffic Controller (CTC) or still listen on port 443 when in passive mode?

Resolution
When UA is in passive mode it does not maintain a connection to the CTC.
It also does not actively listen on port 443.
