Issue/Introduction
How to find out which is the bandwith consumption for a particular host using Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) when linked to Web Security Service (WSS) by enabling the Web Traffic Redirection (WTR) option.

Resolution
The SEP client checks for updates 3 or 4 times every day, plus 1 or 2 times during weekends. Each of these checks is around 1 MB in size, and should there be a
file to download, It would depend on the file to be downloaded how much bandwidth would occupy. The estimatation is an average of 35MB of downloads every
day per hosts, between checks and files.
A one month formula would be:
(35 MB*30 days) + (170 MB/month for additional files) = 1220 MB/month on a single host.
The web traffic that the customers will be expending on a day-to-day basis must be added, which it can not be calculaetd as it will depend on the customer´s implementation.
