How to remove the CloudSOC CASB integration from Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) Portal?

Unable to integrate Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) with CASB

Resolution

You can remove the CloudSOC CASB Integration from the Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) portal.

Navigate on the SWG portal pages to "Account Configuration > Products & Licensing", and under "Linked Products" click on "CloudSOC CASB".

A modal window will then pop-up, as illustrated in the image below. You will find the "Delete Integration" button at the bottom left of the window.

 

Client would also need to create a CASB Support case if they want to reconnect a different SWG (WSS) tenant to CASB
