How to remove the CloudSOC CASB integration from the Cloud SWG Portal?
Unable to integrate Cloud SWG with CASB
You can remove the CloudSOC CASB Integration from the Cloud SWG portal.
Navigate on the SWG portal pages to "Account Configuration > Products & Licensing", and under "Linked Products" click on "CloudSOC CASB".
A modal window will then pop-up, as illustrated in the image below. You will find the "Delete Integration" button at the bottom left of the window.
The client would also need to create a CASB Support case if they want to reconnect a different Cloud SWG tenant to CASB
