Error appears when a Data Pod temporarily goes out of service, though it is just an interface error.
The Auth Connector is failing to reach the following IPs:
Web Security Service
Data pod is temporarily out of service which causes the IP addresses to appear as unreachable.
Restart Auth Connector, verify if after the restart the error is still showing up on portal.
If the error is still there, verify if the authentication is working correctly. IP addresses from Decommissioned Data Pods or temporarily unavailable Data Pods could still show up even after the restart of the service. Contact support for more information on the IP addresses listed on the alert.
