DLL error during Unified Agent installation

Issue/Introduction

During Unified Agent installation the following error screen appears:

 

There is a problem with this Windows Instaler package.

A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Cause

The user that is trying to install Unified Agent does not have enough rights to complete the installation.

Resolution

Run the Unified Agent installation with a user that has Admin rights.
