Issue/Introduction

ProxySG indicated error "% Failed to extract system image file" when I upgraded below OS images.

• Pre SGOS 6.5.10.11 to SGOS 6.5.10.15
• Pre SGOS 6.5.10.11 to SGOS 6.7.4.5

Resolution

This is limitation for upgrade paths.

• Pre SGOS 6.5.10.11 to SGOS 6.5.10.15
• Pre SGOS 6.5.10.11 to SGOS 6.7.4.5

Please upgrade Pre 6.5.10.11 -> SGOS 6.5.10.14 -> SGOS 6.5.10.15.
