Issue/Introduction

When using Internet Explorer to click "Sign in using Single Sign-On" on the login page of the Appliance console of Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) 4.2, the Internet Explorer browser does not login.

Resolution

Use Firefox, Chrome, or Edge to navigate to SEDR 4.2 Appliance console and login.
