Issue/Introduction

- Unable to delete or rotate logs on Content Analysis (CA)

- Running CA 2.x version 2.4.1.1 or lower

- /encrypted-data partition low on space, and troubleshooting logs and packet captures have been removed from the GUI

 

Cause

An issue was discovered in which all Content Analysis 2.x devices are susceptible to filling the /encrypted-data partition with a localhost access log in which cannot be deleted, manually, in the field.

This is bug NPPCAS-65891

 

Resolution

A fix for this was published in CA version 2.4.1.2. The recommendation is to upgrade.
