When adding in new driver license policies and re-saving the metric and verifying
the total incident count for the last 30 days as this helps get the percentage, it didn’t bring in the number but added the number it already had to the new number in the metric widget.
Each correction attempt this the number increased. Ending up with over 38K for the last 30 days when in fact it should have been under 7K
It was also noticed that the metrics percentage numbers for Payment Card, Social Security Number and ICS have not moved over to the previous month. There sitting in current month but not counting up or down.
