Endpoint Protection 15 dashboard shows Suspicious Detection (Risk: Very High) but never sends email notification

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Symantec Endpoint Protection 15 cloud portal dashboard, you see Suspicious Detection (Risk: Very High), but never sends you an email notification.

 

Resolution

The current criteria to generate an email notification for these types of risk events will only occur when 10 such events occur within a 60 second period.

This functionality may change in the future with option to set trigger.
