Issue/Introduction
When using Google Chrome automatic sign in, users are unable to use Google Drive or other applications and when selecting the applications it gets stuck loading. We see 401 errors in a HAR file.

Try these suggestions
Disable Chrome sign in for the browser
Use incognito mode
Reinstall Chrome and keep adding your extensions until you duplicate the issue to know what is causing the problem
