User IP address is not seen in Web Security Service reports

Issue/Introduction

Checking for which user IP address is browsing Web Security Service (WSS) using Unified Agent (UA)

Unified Agent

Cause

UA is a roaming agent. The IP address is typically a private network like 10.x.x.x or  192.168.x.x. There may be duplicate IP addresses which will confuse reports on finding who was doing the browsing.

Resolution

Use the user name listed in reports to identify who is browsing.
