Installation only works in default browser

Issue/Introduction

Installation of Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile only completes when it is done in Safari.

Can I install SEP Mobile using a different browser than Safari?

Installation only works in my native Android browser.

 

When using a different browser than Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android installation never completes, even though MDM profile installs.

Resolution

Currently, we only support default browsers in both iOS and Android.

So to guarantee a seamless installation, please use the browser "built in" in your OS system, eg iOS uses Safari, and Android uses Chrome.
