SEP 15 Cyber Defense Manager https://sep.securitycloud.symantec.com

Cause

After initial activation/purchase up to 24 hours is needed for environment creation. 

Resolution

Wait up to 24 hours and try again. If you are still receiving this error, contact Symantec Support.
