Issue/Introduction

Can the Data Loss Prevention Endpoint agent detect sensitive data typed into a Webex chat?

Environment

Windows DLP Endpoint Agent
MacOS DLP Endpoint Agent. 

Cause

Applications generally do not allow any mechanisms to detect typed text. 

Resolution

Application monitoring does not support inline, typed text for any application.
It is recommended you monitor paste or application file access instead.
