Sometimes can not receive malware detection alert by specific user

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes can not receive malware detection alert by specific user,

and user who received the alert got 2 same mails(the one is Japanese mail, the other one is English )

for example, customer did EICAR Test, and found the alert event (Jun 27, 2019 5:28:06 PM) occurred from CWP console as below.

  1.log into CWP console.

  2.[Alert and Events][Alerts], alert event(Jun 27, 2019 5:28:06 PM) can be found.

  3.then click [マルウェアが検出されました] and [Notification Details ], [Recipients] can be found as below.

    ※[マルウェアが検出されました] is the Alerts Title.

However, customer said malware detection alert can only be received by the user([email protected]),

the other two user can not receive.

and, the user([email protected]), received 2 same mails(the one is Japanese mail, the other one is English ) as attached.

Cause

The issue will occur in case there are multiple language emails added
example:
single email  - Eng 
group of email - Jp

The group emails of different language get overwritten. In this case it will be always ENG email id, will get all language emails.
Due to different language. we will need to verify combinations.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in next release which has been planed at August 15 .

Workaround : have same language email ids.
