Issue/Introduction

A domain or IP added to a policy set to block is not being blocked when the password override option is selected. 

Environment

Web Security Service

Cause

Unless SSL Interception is enabled, a policy set to block a domain with password override enabled will result with no password prompt displayed and the webpage will not be blocked.

Resolution

Enable SSL Interception:

1. Nagivate to your portal account.

2. Click on Service > Network > SSL Interception

3. Switch the toggle to Enable SSL Interception

4. Click Activate

Once SSL has been enabled, webpages that are set to be blocked, with password override enabled, will be blocked but will display a password prompt and will only be accessable once the password has been entered.
