Issue/Introduction

Save as report/filter of Unused data from a Software Product, the dashboard and report do not match. The Unused number is not the same.

Cause

The calculations for Unused and Untracked are slightly different between the drill down, dashboard, and report and it's drill down.

Resolution

The difference between Unused and Untracked may not matter for functional use. When you export the report, check both unused and untracked. Both statuses mean the software has not been used in the last 90 days.

This issue is resolved in version 8.5 RU3.
