Issue/Introduction

Investigate, Detect, Protect, Audit, Gateway, or one of their sub features need to be enabled on the CloudSoc\CASB\Elastica Tenant

Resolution

Broadcom [Symantec] CloudSOC Technical Support cannot enable these features. 

First - Check Customer Management Portal (CMP) to see if there are entitlements waiting for Client to activate.

Customer’s Portal -  https://cmp.protect.broadcom.com /

If not found - Please contact your Broadcom Account Team or Sales Partner for assistance in enabling these features.

From Broadcom Support Portal Client could also create a Broadcom case

Important: Select Fulfillment instead of Standard or GCA as Case Origin along with your Site ID, Contact information, etc.
