Issue/Introduction

How to enable 2FA on CloudSOC Tenant

Resolution

Enable 2FA from within CloudSOC Settings | Two Factor Authentication | Enable and select the user type.

NOTE***  It is important to understand that CloudSOC SSO (Single Sign On) and CloudSOC 2FA cannot co-exist in the same CloudSOC tenant.

IF 2FA and SSO is required, the 2FA has to be enforced by the IdP and not CloudSOC.
