Self-enroll domains for SEP Mobile

Why hasn't my self-enroll domain been approved?

Resolution

In order for a Self-Enroll Domain to be approved, you must be able to demonstrate ownership of the domain.

This can be done 2 ways:

1. Provide evidence of domain registration confirmation
2. A SEP Mobile Admin has logged into the portal using an email on the required domain.

Once ownership of the domain has been verified it can take a few more days for the domain to be approved.

SEP Mobile will not approve self-enroll domains for popular personal email providers like Gmail.
