Resolution

Go to the SEP Mobile Management Console>Users & Devices>Users. Hit the Cogwheel and select add users. Enter the information for the end user account (First Name, Last Name, and email address and ensure Send welcome email is checked.

Open the email on the device you wish to install and click the button for Install SEP Mobile on this device. Follow the on screen instructions to download and install SEP Mobile
