Endpoint Protection 14.x is not supported on Windows 10/11 IoT with UWF enabled

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14.x is not supported on Windows 10/11 IoT.  Windows 10/11 IoT utilizes the Unified Write Filter (UWF) which is not supported.

The Enhanced Write Filter (EWF) and the Unified Write Filter (UWF) are not supported. The recommended write filter is the File Based Write Filter (FBWF) installed along with the Registry Filter

Resolution

If UWF is not enabled and the system meets minimum system requirements SEP can be installed on Windows 10/11 IoT , but it is not supported.
