SEP notification area icon does not become online even after importing Sylink.xml

Issue/Introduction

You imported client-server communications settings file (Sylink.xml) on Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client, but the notification area icon of SEP does not become online. However, SEP clients appear to be able to communicate with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) successfully.

If you right-click on the notification area icon then select [Update Policy], the notification area icon appears with a green dot.
