How Often Does the ICT Client/Agent Check in with the Server?

Issue/Introduction

It is desired to know how often the ICT client check-in period is, to assist in troubleshooting when client's should be expected to receive updates from the Server. 

Resolution

The ICT server is constantly listening to Client traffic coming into IIS. The client's will check-in according to the spa window configured in the Configuration SQL database.
