Unlike the SPA time window that is used for config updates. AD checks happen upon a user logging in or rebooting. In order for AD changes to take effect. Do the following: 

  1. Make AD group change
  2. Reboot Machine with ICT
  3. Log in as User
  4. Wait 8-15 minutes for changes to take Effect
