Issue/Introduction

An application error is displayed after logging into the Control Center.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the 10.8 release of the Messaging Gateway. Please update your appliances to take advantage of this update.

For older versions of the Messaging Gateway, the workaround is to restart the agent service on each SMG scanner, one at a time. This should alleviate the issue temporarily.

  1. Log into the SMG command line as admin
  2. Restart the agent process
    service agent restart
