Rest API's have been enabled through the CCS console and you receive a 503 Service Unavailable error.

New file verification assemblies are now available for general use. These replace the previously released files earlier this year.
These assemblies resolve an issue where CCS 12.5 is throwing http 503 errors while using the REST API, along with the other error above.
Please apply 10014_CCS_v12.5_10014_QF. The file is liked to this KB.
