Issue/Introduction

Unable to login to CloudSOC.

Resolution

The following options are available to you:

1. If you have access to the Sysadmin's email account click "Forgot password?" on the login screen
2. Request another SysAdmin click "Reset Password" from the actions drop down for the user in the CloudSOC Users
3. Contact Broadcom Support if the first two options are unavailable to you.
