I want to know until when I will be able to see my logs (alerts, warnings, incidents etc) on my Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile console.
Are the logs ever purged/deleted? Can I set a date to purge them if I want to?
Information such as alerts, incidents, warnings etc, are kept indefinitely in the SEP Mobile portal.
However, you can set a time to delete PII (Personal identifiable information, such as email address) in the following path in the SEP Mobile console Settings-> Privacy Controls-> Automatic PII deletion. Only the PII will be deleted and any other information about the device will still be accessible. For more information about PII deletion please click here.
