How to get support package for specific scan

Control Compliance Suite Vulnerability Manager
You have an issue with a specific scan results and need to collect information to open a case with support.
Control Compliance Suite Vulnerability Manager (CCSVM) -> Scanner component
To collect package for support for a specific scan follow these steps :
- Open Symante Control Complaince Suite - Vulnerability Manager Network scanner Interface.
- Click on Audit tab
- Click on the Scan Job section -> "Completed"
- Select the job you have issue and right click on it
- Click "Package Support Files"
- This will give you option to open "Temp" folder of CCSVM ( default path : C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\CCS-VM Scanner\Temp )
- Copy the zip file and attach to support case.
