Issue/Introduction

When using the Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) for Mac client and Web Traffic Redirection (WTR), users reported 502 Bad Gateway responses when browsing the Internet, shortly after resuming from a sleep or hibernation state.

Bad_gateway error displayed on browser, when user start browsing websites.

Environment

macOS 10.13.x and 10.14.x

Resolution
