"An unknown server error has occurred" is displayed when importing a large number of URLs to a single URL list on the Cloud SWG (WSS) portal.

Issue/Introduction

If you try to import large URLs in single URL list on the Cloud SWG (Web Security Service - WSS) portal 
you cannot save and "An Unknown server error occurred" is displayed.

 

Environment

Cloud SWG (Web Security Service - WSS)

Cause

It is necessary to transfer the updated data to the cloud side when saving URL list.
Hit a timeout limit of 60 seconds because there is too much transfer data.
The timeout value is a specification of Cloud SWG portal. 

Resolution

The recommended max value for the number of URLs to import in a single URL list is 1000-1500.
