Issue/Introduction

I have two or more Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile environments but I would like to keep only one. Is it possible to merge the environments or delete the one I do not use?

Resolution

Currently, it is not possible to merge SEP Mobile environments, however, you can un attach your business from an environment by deleting the administrators of that environment.

  1.  Log into SEP Mobile Console
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Administrators Management
  4. Select the administrators and delete them.
