How do I disable Data Archive emails

Resolution

Data Archive emails are sent based on what permissions are granted in an Admin's Access Profile.

If the access profile has a minimum of View in the Global Settings | Data Archives section then users with that access profile will receive emails relating to Data Archives.

In the case of an Admin user that no longer wants to receive Data Archives emails remove the permission from their access profile or assign them a different access profile.

SysAdmins will always receive Data Archives emails and this cannot be turned off.

Data archives emails will be sent 1 week (25th of the previous month) and 1 day (2nd of curr month) about the archives that'll be created on the 3rd of the month.
