Site receives "DLP Not Scanned" in reports

Issue/Introduction

Certain URLs are getting "DLP Not Scanned" verdicts in Web Security Service (WSS) portal reports.

Resolution

Sites in your portal's SSL Bypass List and sites that use certificate pinning will not be scanned by Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and will receive a "DLP Not Scanned" verdict. Those sites are not SSL intercepted by WSS and won't be decrypted for DLP scanning.

This behavior is expected and should not cause any issues.
