A new version of the Unified Agent (UA) is available and upgrading to the newest is wanted.

Following are the two options available to upgrade to the latest version of UA:
1 In your Web Portal under Service > Mobility > Unified Agent there is a checkbox for prompting the end user for an update. This will let the end user to Install the latest version of the UA on their workstation.
2 Using Microsoft SCCM or other centralized management systems to uninstall and then reinstall the new UA version. See Installing or uninstalling Unified Agent in Windows without user interaction.
NOTE: A reboot is required to complete the installation of the new UA.
