Issue/Introduction
Steps required to collect diagnostics data from the User Interface with devices running the SSL Visibility software
Resolution
Through the Web GUI:
- Go to Monitor > Diagnostics

- Check all boxes and specify the time period for the data.

- Click OK. The appliance will start the process and after it is finished, the browser will start to download the diagnostics to your computer.
- Go to MySymantec Portal and upload the diagnostics to the support ticket.
Options for Diagnostics Collection:
Current State
- PKI: Certificate Data
- Policy: All the policies Configuration
- Platform: All the current hardware information (Temp, memory, etc)
Statistics History
- SSL Statistics: The historical report of the SSL sessions with errors.
- Host Statistics: The historical report of the Host communication.
- NFP Statistics: The historical NFP chip Statistics
- Platform Status Statistics: The historical Hardware Information
- Platform Interface Statistics: The historical Interfaces information
