A block page is displayed when an isolated URL is opened

Issue/Introduction

When a user attempts to access an URL that requires to be opened in the isolation, a block page is displayed instead of the isolated page.

Access to this page is blocked according to the organization security policy.

Environment

Email Threat Protection/Internet Explorer

Cause

Compatibility mode of IE is enabled for fire.glass.

 

Resolution

Compatibility mode is not supported in the isolation. Please remove fire.glass from the compatibility mode list to access to the isolation service.
