Unable to install automation folder from Ghost Solution Suite Win32 Console

Issue/Introduction

The customer needed to install an automation folder on a client machine.

He right-click that client machine in the GSS Console and select "Advanced -> Install Automation Folder" and the installation doesn't finish or error. 

The installation process gets stuck at the executing phase.

Ghost Solution Suite 3.3

Cause

The cause for this is currently unknown. 

Resolution

There is a workaround that can be used to install the automation folder. See steps below:

• From the Ghost Console (Win32), click on View -> Resources (Ctrl+R)
• Under Resources, browse to BWPkgs
• Drag the executable for the Automation Folder configuration you would like to install onto the client, and click on OK
