Event ID 17: Security Center failed to validate caller with error %1

Issue/Introduction

After applying update 1809 on Windows 10 with Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14.2.1031.0100 receiving Error "Security Center failed to validate caller with error xxxx." in Windows Event Viewer, every time SEP service is being restarted.

Environment

Cause

This event is getting logged because SEP version used is not compliant with Microsoft AM PPL feature.

Resolution
