Issue/Introduction

Installed Software Counts are Showing Double in IT Analytics when using the cube browser or in showing in reports

IT Analytics 8.5 Ru2

Cause

A duplicate linked server connection to the SMP was configured in SQL.

Resolution

We deleted the duplicate linked server connection in SQL

We then re-ran the update dependencies menu choice in IT Analytics Configuration.  Alternately you could run the Create views stored procedure again.

We reprocessed the Installed Software Cube.
