Issue/Introduction

On the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 14.2 RU1, all settings changes made to the Security Status > Preferences (including Home and Monitors, Security Status and Logs and Reports) are reverted after logging out of the SEPM.

Cause

On user logoff, user defined settings get reset to default values.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2.5323 (14.2 RU2). For information on how to obtain the latest build of Symantec Endpoint Protection, see Download the latest version of Symantec Endpoint Protection.

As a workaround, download and extract the attached curl_funcs file, replacing the existing file under the following path: <SEPM_HOME>\Inetpub\Reporting\Login\curl_funcs.php
