Issue/Introduction

The Check In button is missing from SEE Management Agent.

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11.0 and above.

Cause

Only Endpoint Encryption Removable Media Encryption is enabled. The Check In button only appears when Endpoint Encryption Drive Encryption is enabled.

Resolution

Symantec is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.  This issue is currently being considered by Symantec to be addressed in a forthcoming version or Maintenance Pack of the product.  Please be sure to refer back to this document periodically as any changes to the status of the issue will be reflected here.
