The Cisco WebEx Teams gatelet is not logging any actions

Issue/Introduction

Cisco WebEx Teams gatelet

The Cisco WebEx Teams gatelet has been activated and is up.
The gatelet does not capture any events, such as logon or logoff events.

Cause

The default Cisco WebEx Teams gatelet is tied to ciscospark.com.
Spark is the old name for Cisco WebEx Teams.
So when you access teams.webex.com, nothing is being logged.

Resolution

Create a custom gatelet for teams.webex.com.
After which you will start to receive events from the gatelet.

This has been reported to Development for correction.
