"smc -stop" command does not terminate ccSvcHst.exe

Issue/Introduction

"smc -stop" command is executed to stop Symantec Endpoint Protection service (ccSvcHst.exe) but command does not terminate ccSvcHst.exe.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2 MP1 on Windows Server 2008 R2

Resolution
